What I'm Diggin Wednesdays

It's already been a week?!  Time is flying by...I know this because today my 12 year old son jumped in the car super pumped and handed me some papers.  I glanced at the papers and happened to see the words Junior High....stop the car!  Junior High!  How did this happen?  He turned 12 in March and now we are filling out a Junior High course selection sheet.  I would be lying if I said I am totally cool with him getting older and excited for this next step.  I am scared out of my mind.  I don't know what it's like where you live but I have heard some major things about the Junior High level...and about the kids he will soon be sharing the hallways with.  Hormones fly around Junior High walls so hard that lockers are getting dented.  More classes, more sports....and in our case a whole new group of kids because we live in a small town and we share a Junior High and a High school with the next town.  Okay...deep breath in and out....and now for what I'm really diggin on this week.....

Ocean Minded
Environmentally conscious and Eco minded company that makes gorgeous shoes, apparel and accessories for men, women and kids!  I have found my new online window shopping obsession.

Kanu Surf on Zulily!
Zulily, my go to drool over site now has Kanu Surf available at amazing prices.  Girls, boys and even for moms who are brave enough to put on a swimsuit....I know there are brave souls out there, I am just not one at this moment.
How stinkin' cute is this suit for girls?

American Pickers on the History channel
love, love, love this show and when I start watching it I can not stop.

Southern MOMentum
every single time I read a blog post by the amazing women on this blog I relate.  I know you will too.  You will not be disappointed.

Planet Happy Kids
This website is the dream site for any mom who has teensy bit of green within her mommy soul.  I can browse the site for hours...and probably will one day while G is at school and no one is here to judge my slovenly ways.

The Talk on CBS
This show is so much smarter than The View and much less bitchy and catty.  Plus, I love Sara Gilbert....who doesn't love the grown up Darlene??  Every once in a while I will be able to catch this show when I'm folding laundry and G happens to be otherwise occupied.

Beastie Boys
Solid Gold Hits...oh yeah!  We've been jammin to Brass Monkey on the way to school in the morning.

So....what are you diggin this Wednesday??

  1. I LOVE THE TALK!! Leah is my fav!! I am kinda mad at Zulily right now... I ordered my first purchase from them and I didn't know it would take a month before it arrived... or I didn't read the fine print about their shipping policy, I am kinda blond like that. :) Thanks for the visit... I am returning the follow :) Hope you are having a wonderful week!!

  3. Love Brass Monkey! It gets you giggling and moving. I am so still not into talk shows, is that terrible? Why do I want to watch a bunch of women yap? Don't know maybe I am missing something here.
